Gift Certificate Expiration

In accordance with ND Century Code 51-29-02, effective April 2005, "a business may not limit the time for redemption of a gift certificate to less than six years from the date of purchase of the gift certificate, or include on a gift certificate any statement suggesting that an expiration or redemption date may apply to a gift certificate. 

All current and previously sold gift certificates on this web site must be allowed for redemption within six years from the gift certificate's date of purchase.
